Background :- played guitar for many years as a band member, playing both rhythm & lead guitar. More detail in "About".

More recently became interested in playing solo fingerstyle guitar in various styles, where there is a bass line, a rhythm accompaniment and the melody line, all played at the same time on the same guitar.

I found this fascinating and a challenge, and over a period of time developed a substantial repertoire in many styles including jazz, blues, classical, country, contemporary and popular music.

Since 1999 have been performing at various venues mainly on the Sunshine Coast & in Brisbane, including cafes, restaurants, display home openings, art gallery exhibitions, private & corporate functions, shopping centres, wedding ceremonies and wedding receptions. Mainly playing solo acoustic guitar but also electric guitar with backing tracks.

CD s recorded:- two acoustic guitar covers albums, one cover album of The Shadows (a selection of my favourites) playing all instruments, and an original album with a selection of guitars and other instruments. Samples on Music CD s page.
